Witify has developed a completely tailor-made intranet to simplify the management of the waste collection service for the 76 municipalities of New Brunswick. Managers can manage collection areas and cities and distribute requests each week.

Self-service

Citizens can fill out a form in just a few clicks to request collection for their large waste. They only have to enter their address, some basic contact details and the list of waste to be collected. The management system prioritizes and delegates collections over the coming weeks. Managers simply need to generate collection schedules in PDF or Excel format, and distribute them to their collection team across the province.
